Positive Measures is a NEBB-certified Test and Balance firm based in Collierville, Tennessee, specializing in the testing, adjusting, balancing, and diagnostic evaluation of complex HVAC air and hydronic systems. The company supports contractors, engineers, and facility owners in achieving reliable system performance across large and technically demanding facilities.

Founded by Robert Herbek, Positive Measures is built on nearly two decades of hands-on experience in the HVAC testing and balancing industry. Mr. Herbek began his career in 2008 and has developed extensive expertise working within healthcare environments, mission-critical facilities, industrial systems, and large commercial projects.

He holds multiple industry credentials, including NEBB Certified Professional (CP), and is a former ACG Certified Commissioning Agent (CxA) and AABC Test and Balance Engineer (TBE). His work has earned national recognition, including a 2022 Ames Honor Award from NASA in the group/team category for contributions to a project at the NASA Ames Research Center.
