Positive Measures is a family-owned business based in Collierville, TN, founded on a deep passion for the industry. Our founder, Mr. Herbek, began his career in 2008 and brings extensive expertise to every project. He is a NEBB Certified Professional (CP),  a former ACG Certified Commissioning Agent (CxA) and  AABC Test and Balance Engineer (TBE).

His work has earned national recognition, including a 2022 Ames Honor Award from NASA in the group/team category for contributions to a project at the NASA Ames Research Center.

As a NEBB-certified firm, we stay at the forefront of the industry by continuously learning and utilizing the latest technology in Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing (TAB) equipment. This allows us to deliver highly accurate air and water flow analysis.
